What is it?

I have been trying to figure out what this elegant ketch, christened Zwerver, is all about. She was spotted off the North coast of Brittany in the summer of 2009. Dutch flag, long counter, low pilothouse, what looks like wooden spars including bowsprit, black topsides and copper underbody paints, a high freeboard and real heavy weather oilskins: There simply are no faults. This seaworthy boat looks circa 60ft.
